It finally happened folks. Great Flood Brewing is officially open and pouring some damn good brews. I’ve been down there a few times now (don’t judge) and wanted to give a rundown of what I think about the place.
I was lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening at the new Highlands brew pub, Great Flood Brewing Co, and I cannot say enough about how well these guys have done in creating a brand. Their brand is Louisville.
Great Flood Brewing Co., a new brewhouse on Bardstown Road near the Douglas Loop, will open its doors to the public on Friday. Great Flood was one of several new breweries I made note of in a feature last month about Louisville’s burgeoning beer scene.
