Kentucky Craft Bash

Hey there, friends.

The past few weeks, we’ve kept the taproom pretty busy. From our tap takeovers to our third Fancy Party, it’s been a blast hanging with our wonderful friends and kicking back with some great craft brews. To keep it rollin’, we’re taking the party outside the taproom this weekend and participating in the first annual Kentucky Craft Bash on Saturday, June 24th, down at Waterfront Park.  Hosted by the Kentucky Guild of Brewers and sponsored by Hopcat Louisville, the event is a celebration of all things Kentucky beer. Featuring over 30 Kentucky breweries serving over 70 varieties of beer, it’s set to be the largest craft beer festival to feature solely beers from our great commonwealth.

Again, 30 Kentucky breweries. 70 varieties of beer.

Holy cow.

In addition to beers you might drink every day, the festival will also have some hard-to-find options.  Attendees will be able to sample experimental beers, beers that will probably never hit distribution, and beers rarely found outside of a brewery’s taproom or brewpub. Did we mention that there will be live music and food trucks, too? Because there will, and it’s going to be a blast.

Is there a better way to spend a Saturday? We’re hard-pressed to believe so. For a list of participating breweries and their beers, check out the event’s website. Tickets start at $50 and can be purchased here
