Art curated by Tony and Jada Lynn Dixon, the focus of this month's partner spotlight.

Partner Spotlight: Tony and Jada Lynn Dixon

We’ve always strived to celebrate Louisville, its history, and the people who make it a unique and vibrant place to live. We knew from the start that we wanted to showcase local artists, and we love that we have a space where we can do so. Luckily, we have two fantastic partners, Tony and Jada Lynn Dixon, who work with us to highlight the diverse, eclectic artists of the greater Louisville community.

Tony and Jada first teamed up with us when their own work was curated by Jeremy Dixon, a fellow Louisville artist who first curated art for us. After a year or so, Jeremy asked them if they’d like to take over, and they didn’t didn’t hesitate to take him up on the opportunity. In some way or another, they’ve been an integral part of the brewery’s art scene since we opened, and we couldn’t be more thankful to have them working with us. Tony and Jada showcase their own work in various places around town, too, so they know a number of artists in the local community. They even go so far as to hand-select the artists whose work is showcased, with examples being requested prior to their work being displayed.

Check Them Out!

Outside the brewery, Tony and Jada have a small gallery in Old Louisville, Gallery Jaan. They also curate at several other local venues. Aside from that, they show their own work and are currently collaborating on a small, local art magazine. You can find Tony on Facebook at Tony Dixon Photography and on Instagram at either revenant_crow or tony_dixon_photography. Similarly, you can find Jada on Facebook at Jada Lynn Dixon Art and on Instagram at jlynnart. And, if you haven’t yet, take some time to check out the work they’ve curated next time you come in! All the art is for sale, and all proceeds go directly back to the artists.
